Named after Doride, daughter of the Syracusan admiral Hermocrates, this suite occupies the penthouse floor.
Hermocrates, famed for fighting alongside the Spartans in the Aegean, was an ally of Dionysius the Great and gave him Doride’s hand in marriage. She bore the tyrant many children and was loved by the people of Syracuse – yet, sadly, he never truly valued her.
Generous windows open onto a spacious furnished terrace overlooking the sea, and the whole suite is filled with light. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed, a large double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bath.
